We are usually able to ship worldwide in 5-7 working days.

However, in some cases it may take 7-10.

Shipping Times are how long it takes to ship the item AFTER the order gets processed.

The following countries should expect their deliveries within 2-4 weeks.

We only offer product tracking if you purchase tracking.

All items are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class.

Mistakes happen! Send us an email as soon as you can at contact@dreameyelashes.co.uk and we'll be happy to assist you ASAP! Please note, we usually ship our orders within 24 hours so it's possible that your order was already shipped, but we will do our best to help you out regardless!

Why Am I Missing Items? Depending on stock and warehouse location, we may need to ship your order separately, so sometimes products will arrive at separate times in separate packages, generally we'll give you the tracking numbers anyway though so you'll know!

Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. IF that doesn't work, send us at email at contact@dreameyelashes.co.uk, tell us what you ordered and your order number, and we'll help you out as soon as possible!

We're aware that using a Credit Card online can be scary! However, our website is SSL encrypted and certified (As can be seen above) to give you safe and secure transactions, and all Credit Card payments are processed with our payment processor Shopify, the best in the business! We don't store any Credit Card information, and we will never share your personal information with anyone else, so you can rest assured, any purchase you make with us is as secure as it gets!
